AAME 2025

The 4th International Conference on Aerospace, Aerodynamics, and Mechatronics Engineering (AAME 2025) Successfully Concluded!

From April 11 to 13, 2025, the 4th International Conference on Aerospace, Aerodynamics, and Mechatronics Engineering (AAME 2025) was grandly held in Nanchang, China, achieving great success. Organized by Nanchang Hangkong University, the conference attracted over 100 experts and scholars from both domestic and international communities who gathered in Nanchang to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges on cutting-edge topics and the latest research achievements in aerospace, aerodynamics, and mechatronic engineering.

The opening ceremony was chaired by Associate Professor Fan Yubin, Research Director of the School of Aeronautical Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering at Nanchang Hangkong University. Professor Lu Chao, President of Nanchang Hangkong University, attended the conference and delivered a warm and enthusiastic opening speech. In his address, President Lu warmly welcomed all attending scholars and highlighted the important value and positive significance of this conference in promoting academic exchange and advancing industry-university-research cooperation. Following this, Professor Xu Xuefeng, Dean of the School of Aeronautical Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering, gave a brief report to the guests on the current development status, disciplinary construction, and research achievements of the school.

During the conference, several well-known domestic experts in the aerospace field were specially invited to deliver a series of brilliant keynote reports. In the morning session, Professor Zhu Jihong from Tsinghua University shared his team’s latest research results and unique insights under the topic “Modeling and Parameter Identification of Nonlinear Unsteady Dynamics of Aircraft”; Professor Ji Hongli from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics focused on “Displacement Field Reconstruction Based on Laser Ultrasound and Its Application Research,” discussing frontier advancements in this area in depth; Professor Liu Peiqing from Beihang University introduced the latest breakthroughs and application prospects related to the “Development of Flexible Bending Technology for Large Aircraft”; Professor Li Xifeng from Shanghai Jiao Tong University elaborated in detail on the “Research of Precision Incremental Forming Technology for Titanium Alloy Sheets.” These high-level presentations were rich in content and featured novel perspectives, triggering lively discussions on-site, with many teachers and scholars actively engaging and exchanging ideas in a vibrant atmosphere.

In the afternoon session, Dr. Zeng Xiang from Nanchang Hangkong University served as the chair. Young scholars and researchers from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beihang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Nanchang Hangkong University, and other universities and research institutions shared their innovative research achievements in aerospace, aerodynamics, and mechatronic engineering through oral presentations and poster displays. Their unique research perspectives and novel methodologies showcased the vigor and creative vitality of young talent in the field, injecting new intellectual momentum into the conference. During the conference, awards for outstanding oral presentations were also selected. After evaluation, Zhang Qinzhào from the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ye Kaiyuan from Nanchang Hangkong University, and Zhang Liang from Beihang University received the Outstanding Oral Presentation Awards. Associate Professor Fan Yubin presented these awards to the three distinguished scholars.

After the conference closed, many experts and scholars expressed heartfelt gratitude for the meticulous organization and sincere invitation by Nanchang Hangkong University. They unanimously remarked that the conference was both substantive and rewarding, broadening academic horizons and facilitating connections with numerous peer experts, thus laying a solid foundation for future academic cooperation and exchanges. The organizers stated that they will continue to strive to provide more high-quality platforms for exchange and collaboration among scholars in related fields, jointly promoting scientific and technological progress and innovative development in aerospace, aerodynamics, and mechatronic engineering. Everyone eagerly looks forward to the continued brilliance of the next conference!
